1. What Payment Methods are Accepted?

We currently accept Cash and E-transfer.

2. What areas do you serve? Do you offer mobile serices?

We currently serve the Peterborough area and some surrounding locations. Grooming services are done in my home in Peterborough, but we offer mobile services for nail trims along with other services where we come to you. A mobile travel fee applies for areas outside of Peterborough.

3. What is the cancellation policy?

To provide the best service to all of our clients, We kindly request at least 2 days notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

For longer scheduled services (ex: pet sitting) we require at least 1 week notice. We do require a 50% deposit for long term services (ex. pet sitting) and the deposit is non-refundable if we are given less than 1 week notice of cancellation.

4. Do you offer any discounts?

Multi-Pet Discount: 15% OFF (Perfect for busy pet parents!)

5. What is required to book a service?

To ensure the safety of all pets:

🚨 ALL PETS MUST BE UP TO DATE ON THEIR RABIES VACCINATION.📄 Proof of a valid rabies vaccination certificate is REQUIRED before any services can be provided.
